Refund & Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from when you receive your order. If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your Men of Zen item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (tags, pouches, etc.). Also, it must not show any signs of usage. As soon as we receive your return, we will inspect the return and issue you a full refund (minus $5 restocking fee per item). Your refund will be credited to the same method of payment you used to make the purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like to return an item and meet the above conditions, please contact us first and request a return at menofzenusa@gmail.com. We will then send you a return authorization number. We recommend you ship your return product via tracking/signature required delivery. Please include you return authorization number in your return box and mail your order to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please note that we can not accept returns for custom made products, unless there is a manufacturer's fault.

Cancelling an Order

In order to make sure all of our customers receive their orders in a timely fashion, we can only cancel an order within 24 hrs of receiving your order. No exceptions.

Refunds

We take pride in offering the best products and the best quality in customer care. We want you to feel confident that you will receive what you have ordered. Therefore, you can request a complete refund or reshipment if:

- You did not receive your order within 30 days (excluding 2 to 4 days processing)

- The product(s) has a clear and obvious manufacturer defect

- You received the wrong item

Please note that exceptional circumstances outside of our control do not qualify for refunds (shipping delays, customs issues, natural disasters, etc...)
